SU3008 : The former Lyndhurst Park Hotel by David Howard The former Lyndhurst Park Hotel
It looked more like a hospital to me. I'd bet on a housing estate to replace it, that's nearly universal for any demolished building nowadays.

A view taken from Bolton's Bench, looking eastwards into the New Forest. The white building to the right of the image is a cricket pavilion, the cricket pitch is the fenced area in front of it.
