The waterside facilities block at Wheaton Aston. The press of new housing can be seen everywhere these days and the map has not yet been updated with these that have sprouted on the west side of the canal wharf!

Looking south-east towards Brewood and Wolverhampton, this is the Shropshire Union Canal. Tavern Bridge is No 19 and carries Long Street. There is good mooring on the left ahead, and behind the camera. Private moorings are on the right.
